How to Enable or Disable Additional Guests in the RSVP Form

1. Go to your Admin page

Log in to your account and open the Admin page.

2. Navigate to Settings

From the left sidebar menu, click Party Prep + > Settings

3. Use the Also Attending Toggle

Look for the Also Attending toggle button below the Celebrant First Name field. Toggle it ON to allow guests to add more guests, or toggle OFF to hide this option from your RSVP form. Save changes.

Please note that you can only see the changes if RSVP is also enabled. To enable RSVP, toggle on the RSVP setting right new to Also Attending.

4. Check Your Homepage

To confirm your changes, go to your homepage and click on the RSVP button.

When toggled on, the Also Attending section in your RSVP form will be visible to your guests, allowing them to add more guests.

Click on Add Guest to add the names of additional guests.

Disabled Also Attending:

Guests will not see the Also Attending option in your RSVP form

Notes

  • Changes take effect immediately.

  • You can switch the toggle anytime to update your RSVP form.

  • Turning off the Also Attending feature will not affect existing RSVP responses, including those that already include additional guests.
